AI Content Policy

Core Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Forge.
• You may only upload or use a real person's likeness if you are that person or have explicit permission.
• If you use a person's likeness, you must be able to provide consent and proof-of-age records if requested.
• AI-generated and synthetic media must not be presented as real footage or real events.

Prohibited Content

Forge may not be used to generate, upload, edit, publish, or distribute content involving:

• Deepfakes or realistic likenesses of a real person without valid consent.
• Underage, teen sexual, barely legal, schoolgirl, childlike, diaper, or CSAM content.
• Non-consensual sexual content, sleeping or unconscious sexual scenarios, revenge porn, or coercion.
• Celebrity or public figure sexual content.
• Incest scenarios.
• Watersports or urination sexual content.
• Bestiality or animal cruelty.
• Violence, abduction, snuff, or fantasy snuff scenarios.
• Sexual activity under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis.
• Prostitution, escorting, or paid-sex scenarios.
• Polygamy scenarios.
• Instructions for illegal activity or illegal plotting.
• Professional medical, legal, financial, gambling, or handicapping advice.
• Hate speech, harassment, or abusive content targeting protected classes.
• Copyrighted or trademarked material used without permission.

Likeness, Consent, and Records

When you create or use saved model references, face references, voice references, or other media depicting a real person, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that person's likeness. This includes consent for the intended type of generation and confirmation that the depicted person is 18 or older.

We may request model releases, consent forms, proof-of-age documentation, or related records. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in removal of content, account suspension, or termination.

Where applicable, records showing consent, model release authority, and proof of age must be maintained and provided to Forge, CCBill, payment processors, card brands, or other authorized compliance reviewers within five (5) business days of request. If a record of consent cannot be established, the content must not be published and may be removed immediately.

If content includes an image or strong likeness of an actual person and that person has not provided consent for the use of their image or likeness, including deepfake or synthetic media uses, that content is prohibited and may be removed immediately. If there is disagreement about the validity of consent or removal, the dispute may be resolved by a neutral party at the merchant's expense.

Moderation and Enforcement

Forge uses automated screening, provider safety checks, user reports, admin review tools, and age verification to enforce this policy. We may block prompts, remove content, restrict features, preserve audit records, or suspend accounts when needed.

Controls may include prompt classification, upload checks, adult-mode age verification, provider safety checks, blocked-term handling, review queues, audit logs, account restrictions, and manual admin review. Attempts to generate illegal or prohibited content may result in blocked generation, removal of stored content, loss of adult features, suspension or termination, record retention, payment processor reporting, or reporting to relevant authorities where required.

Synthetic Content Disclosure

Content created in Forge is AI-generated or AI-assisted synthetic media. Users are responsible for accurately disclosing synthetic media when publishing it anywhere disclosure is required by law, platform rules, or context.

Forge describes its generated outputs as AI-generated or synthetic content throughout the service, and users must not present generated content as real footage, real events, or verified documentary material.
