Forge is provided by Velika Ventures LLC, 502 West 7th Street, Suite 100, Erie, Pennsylvania 16505, United States.
Information We Collect
We collect account information, authentication identifiers, plan and billing status, prompts, uploaded media, generated media, settings, support requests, device/browser logs, and usage events needed to operate Forge.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide AI generation tools, manage accounts and subscriptions, process payments, enforce safety policies, investigate abuse, improve reliability, provide support, and comply with legal or processor requirements.
Payments and Verification
Payment information is handled by our payment processors. Age verification may be handled by a third-party verification provider. We store verification status and session/reference IDs but do not intentionally store ID documents or selfie verification files from the provider. Forge does not collect or store full card numbers.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate Forge, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, AI generation, storage, safety screening, age verification, customer support, and legal compliance providers. We may disclose information when required by law, payment processor rules, card brand rules, or to protect users and the platform.
User Choices
You may request help accessing, correcting, deleting, or exporting account information by contacting support@dollfactory.ai. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, legal compliance, dispute handling, moderation, fraud prevention, or audit purposes.
