Billing Issues

Complaints

For all complaints, please contact us through complaints@dollfactory.ai. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to appeals@dollfactory.ai.

Appeals

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email appeals@dollfactory.ai. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.
