Complaints and Appeals

Submitting a Complaint

To report illegal content, non-consensual likeness use, underage content, copyright concerns, account abuse, billing concerns, or safety issues, email complaints@dollfactory.ai.

Include the Forge account email, relevant URLs, screenshots, conversation IDs, job IDs, dates, and a clear explanation of the issue. If the report involves consent or likeness rights, include your relationship to the content and any supporting documentation.

Review Process

We review complaints using account records, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, provider logs, verification status, consent documentation, and other available evidence. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend features, preserve records, or request more information. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant.

Appeals

If your content, account, or feature access was restricted and you believe the decision was incorrect, email appeals@dollfactory.ai with the subject line "Appeal." Include the account email, decision being appealed, and any supporting context or documentation.

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email appeals@dollfactory.ai. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.

Response Timing

We aim to review complaints and appeals promptly, with priority given to reports involving non-consensual content, minors, identity misuse, payment abuse, or illegal material.
