Forge is provided by Velika Ventures LLC. By creating an account, generating content, uploading media, or using Forge, you agree to these Terms and the AI Content Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Forge. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your account secure.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Forge to violate law, violate card brand rules, infringe copyright, harass others, impersonate people, create non-consensual likeness content, or generate content prohibited by the AI Content Policy. Deepfakes or realistic likenesses of real people are prohibited unless you have valid consent and proof-of-age records.
User Content and Likeness Rights
You retain responsibility for prompts, uploads, saved model references, generated outputs, and any content you publish. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any uploaded image, video, voice, face, body, brand, design, or likeness. We may request documentation supporting consent, model release, proof of age, or ownership.
AI Generated Content
Forge outputs are AI-generated or AI-assisted synthetic media. Outputs may be inaccurate, imperfect, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.
Moderation
We may screen prompts and uploads, block generation, remove content, restrict adult features, require age verification, review reports, preserve audit records, or suspend accounts to enforce these Terms.
Payments
Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions are billed through approved payment processors. You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or specifically offered in writing. See the Billing Policy and Cancellation Policy for more details.
Complaints, Appeals, and Removal
Content removal requests, consent disputes, complaints, and appeals are handled through the Content Removal Process and Complaints and Appeals Process. Copyright takedown requests are handled through the DMCA Policy.
