Billing Policy

Charges

Paid subscriptions, credit purchases, upgrades, and other paid features are shown at checkout before purchase. By completing checkout, you authorize the listed payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan, credits, taxes, and applicable fees. Forge does not collect or store full card numbers.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and yearly subscriptions renew each year unless canceled before the next renewal date. Access generally remains active until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

Credits

Forge credits are used for generation jobs and platform features. Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored-value product, and may expire according to the plan, offer, or credit type shown in the app.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or specifically offered in writing. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@dollfactory.ai with your account email, transaction ID, date, and amount.
