How to Cancel

You can cancel an active Forge subscription from the Forge cancellation flow at /cancellation while logged in, or by contacting support@dollfactory.ai.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.

CCBill Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your subscription and not to be billed again, or for any billing questions including refunds on a case-by-case basis, please contact our billing partner, CCBill via phone 1.888.596.9279, or email at consumersupport@ccbill.com.

Credits After Cancellation

Credits may remain available until their normal expiration date or until account access ends, depending on the plan or credit type. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
