Content Removal Process

What Can Be Reported

You may request removal of content that you believe is illegal, non-consensual, uses your likeness without permission, depicts or sexualizes a minor, violates intellectual property rights, violates Forge policy, or otherwise violates law or payment processor rules.

How to Request Removal

Email complaints@dollfactory.ai with the subject "Content Removal Request." Include the content URL or screenshot, your relationship to the content, the reason for removal, and any documentation showing ownership, identity, consent status, or rights.

Review and Action

We may temporarily restrict or remove reported content while reviewing a request. If we determine content violates our policies, consent requirements, age requirements, law, or processor rules, we may remove it, disable access, preserve audit records, and restrict the responsible account.

Appeals

If you believe content was removed incorrectly, follow the appeals process.
